The need for more clinicians makes access to clinical training more important than ever.

Clinical simulation already plays an important role in that. The NCSBN National Simulation Study found that up to 50% of traditional clinical hours can be replaced with high-quality simulation.

The problem is not whether simulation works. It is how much access a physical lab can provide.

A simulation lab can cost more than €200K to build. Only a small group can practice at a time, sessions depend on room and instructor availability, and individual performance is not consistently captured step by step.

And when more students need to practice, those limits become harder to ignore.
