The Circular Schools – Empowering Secondary Education Students for a Green Future applying Circularity Thinking Strategies

Pi tech is excited to participate in the Erasmus+ KA220 project EDU.CIRCULAR, an innovative initiative dedicated to equipping secondary schools with tools and methodologies to promote Circular Economy principles. This project emphasizes sustainability and education, reflecting Pi tech’s core values of combining technology with impactful learning experiences.

Through collaborative efforts with partners across Hungary, Greece, Bulgaria, Italy, Türkiye, and Estonia, the project aims to foster responsible and sustainable practices from the ground up.

Key Objectives

Capacity-Building Resources

Develop practical guides and materials for educators and schools.

Interactive Learning Tools

Leverage digital tools, including a custom XR application and an online platform, for engaging and impactful education.

Sustainable Practices

Promote circularity thinking and environmental responsibility through immersive methodologies.

Timeline

The project spans 24 months, offering ongoing support, interactive activities, and resources to ensure a transformative educational journey for participating schools.

Initial Online Meeting

Collaborative brainstorming and planning with European partners.

Kick-Off in Tallinn, Estonia

A landmark event to launch the project activities and foster teamwork among the organizations.

Regular Online Meetings

Monthly virtual check-ins ensure continuous communication, progress sharing, and co-creation among all participants.

1st Meeting in Katerini, Greece

Partners finalized the learning scenarios, transforming ideas into structured educational tools.
